iTunes 10.1.1 is now available for download, either direct from Apple's dedicated website, or via iTunes' integrated Software Update mechanism (which may have already prompted you to download). As the version bump lets on, this is a minor update meant only to fix bugs. Among the issues that it rectifies is one where some music videos did not play on Macs with certain graphic cards, one which made iTunes unexpectedly quit when deleting a playlist, one which made some videos not sync to an iPod, iPhone or iPad, and another which caused iTunes to quit when connecting an iPod to a PowerPC-equipped Mac.
However, updating to this version via the Apple Software Update has caused iTunes to simply stop working for many users. The solution, if you've already faced this issue, is to download iTunes 10.1.1 from Apple's website and reinstall. If you haven't updated yet, perhaps it would be best to either wait or just download the full package from Apple.com and install that.
